Outplacement Services

Washington Career Services works with small, mid-sized, and large organizations in non-profit, government, and private industry while focusing on self-direction and self-reliance of the employee.  The overall goal is to improve professional and personal performance.

 

We recognize that someone who has been downsized might need support with resume writing, job search strategies, and overall support in regards to figuring out his or her next career move.  We provide ongoing one-on-one career counseling with trained career professionals.

 

Our package includes:

  • 8 sessions with a career counselor.
  • The Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
  • The Strong Interest Inventory.
  • The FIRO-B Assessment.
