Hey "turnaround is fair play," job seekers have been googling their potential bosses and companies to troll for information for years now. So, why should the companies not do the same. The only problem is some potential hires are not thinking before they are posting and are including less then professional information on their blogs,web pages via myspace and other online social networking sites.
So, I believe one lesson here is, there is no such thing as off the record online!

Companies are looking up job applicants on social networking sites like
